It is early days in receiving the service and there is more she needs to learn.
The nurse was very good and she can text the nurse.
Suggested improvements
She needs to know how much time is required by her as she works full time and also act as her mother's care. Would like to discuss evening/ weekend face to face contact.

- The therapist were always very accommodating.
- The admin staff always kept me informed of changes and cancellations and were very good do not offering we alternative time slots.

Review of Day Hospice

Since I started coming to the centre weekly it has helped me to go out, received counselling meet with other health carers. This has really have positive in my health which I really appreciate.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything as of now but my expectation is if the centre can organise follow up activity centre for me after completing my 12 weeks duration here.

I'm not sure how I would have coped without the unbelievable support from St Joseph's Hospice. The quality of care is brilliant and I felt truly heard and supported through a very difficult stage in my grief. I also felt I was given great tools to deal with my grief's highs and lows now and in the future. I trusted my counsellor, Ruby, completely and I felt she understood my situation perfectly, allowing me to talk about it and myself in a way I haven't been able to before. I'm so grateful to her and to St Joseph's Hospice for helping me through one of the toughest times in my life.
